- For 30 + years Mike Murphy tried both bench and jury cases for the defense side.
- AV rated by Martindale - Hubbell, Mike defended GL matters, Defense Base Act claims, Jones Act matters, General Maritime Law matters and LHWCA claims.
- He represented London Underwriters and domestic carriers.
- Since 2018 Mike has exclusively worked as a mediator.
- Mike has mediated - General Maritime Law disputes, Jones Act suits, collisions between vessels and disputes under both the LHWCA and the Defense Base Act.
- Additionally, Mike has mediated negligence/sexual assault of an invitee at a national hotel, landlord tenant disputes, commercial breach of contract matters, property damage claims and uninsured/underinsured car wreck suits.
